To equip young men with the knowledge, confidence, and real-world tools necessary to pursue and sustain successful careers in professional fields, trades, or entrepreneurship

2. Skill Building: Teach essential job-readiness and career development skills.
3. Mentorship & Exposure: Connect students with working professionals and real-world environments.
4. Personal Mastery: Instill professionalism, discipline, and leadership qualities.

Target Group
- Young men ages 14–24
- High school students, recent grads, and opportunity youth
- Based in Torrance and West Adams (South LA)
Program Format
- Duration: 12-week cohorts (offered 3x a year)
- Schedule: Weekly sessions + monthly field trips
- Location: Partner high schools, community centers, and professional sites
- Facilitators: Industry professionals, mentors, and certified instructors
